Inventory accuracy
We strive to keep equipment listings accurate, but inventory turns over rapidly. Equipment shown on the Site:
- May sell at any time, including between when you view a listing and when you contact us.
- May have its price, condition, hours, mileage, or location adjusted as new information becomes available.
- Is described as known to us at the time of listing — physical inspection by you or your representative is encouraged before any purchase.
No warranty; informational use
The Site is informational. Listings, photographs, descriptions, and specifications are provided to help you evaluate equipment, but they do not constitute an offer to sell, a warranty of merchantability, or a guarantee of fitness for a particular purpose. All sales are completed under a separate written purchase agreement signed by both parties, which controls the terms of that transaction. Photos may be representative or illustrative.
Inquiries are not contracts
Submitting an inquiry through the Site does not create a sales contract or reserve a unit. Calvin Group reserves the right to decline any inquiry and to sell equipment on a first-come basis.
Intellectual property
Site content — including the Calvin Group name, logo, page text, and photographs (other than photos sourced from third-party listings or sellers) — is the property of Calvin Group, Inc. or licensed to us. You may view and share equipment listings for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, scrape, republish, or use Site content for competing commercial purposes without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Calvin Group, Inc., its officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or reliance on equipment specifications shown on the Site. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

The Site may link to third-party listings, industry directories, or partner sites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those external sites.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute arising from or relating to the Site or these Terms is the state and federal courts located in Lorain County, Ohio. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
